Product Usage
TQSX paddy destoner is mainly used to remove heavier impurities than the grains such as stones which are of approximately the same size and shape with grains.This grain destoner can be used to for rice paddy and other grains before going into rice husker machine or grain processing machine.
The stones are separated automatically by air-pressure and vibration.The paddy moves in OPPOSITE direction of stone on the sieve to be separated effectively.There will be no paddy left in the separated stones.
Product Features
1.The material layer on sieve is suspended by suction type fan,and with fully closed structure, no dust spreads on both sides of the screen and so no dust spills out of the machine.
2.The bearings are made of rubber, which perform good anti-vibration property with lower noise.
3..Using vibration motor as driving equipment,the destoner is very firm,works smoothly, with stable technological performance.
4.There are four cleaning holes that make cleaning easy.
5. With air-pressure meter monitoring,the air pressure and volume can be easily adjusted in a wide range.
6.With light in the machine,we can easily observe the material movement.
7.According to different materials, stone sieve plate Angle is within 10-14 degrees can be adjusted, in order to obtain the best process effect.

Working principle
It uses the difference of specific gravity and suspension speed between stone and rice,so as to separate them into two layers.The stone and sand go down to the lower layer and go upward along the sieve surface with the reciprocating movement of screen,then discharge from outlet.The rice suspends in upper layer with semi-suspended state,and goes down the sieve surface under the function of gravity and the continuous feeding.Thus achieve the separation.
